What are the benefits (or as we call them bread-efits!) of being a Dough Getter?Yeast is an important part of bread making. It ferments sugars and produces a gas which enables the bread to rise. Bakers yeast is an ingredient in all products made at Bakers Delight the only exceptions being scones and our Authentic Sourdough.According to FSANZ, Bread will contain an average of 120 micrograms of folic acid per 100 grams (approximately three slices). 11. Do you bake bread with a low salt content? Bakers Delight has reduced the salt levels of our traditional white, wholemeal and country grain ranges.Are any Bakers Delight products Halal certified? Unfortunately, our bakeries and products are not Halal certified. We don’t have segregated preparation areas for the production of Halal certified products and some products contain non-Halal ingredients, including pork. 16. What is the best way to store my bread?
